Business Data Analyst / Methodologist
This position requires that you currently possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to be considered.
Leidos is seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst / Methodologist to support a mission-focused Intelligence Community customer by designing, implementing, and analyzing workforce surveys and other business analytics initiatives. This role helps senior leaders better understand workforce trends, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and operational challenges through data-driven insights.
You'll partner directly with customer stakeholders to design meaningful surveys, facilitate focus groups, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, develop dashboards and visualizations, and present actionable recommendations to leadership. This is an opportunity to work on projects that directly influence workforce strategy, organizational performance, and mission success.
The ideal candidate is a curious problem solver who enjoys translating complex datasets into clear, compelling stories. They are equally comfortable working independently and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve challenging business problems.
Primary Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computational Social Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or another field emphasizing advanced data analytics.
One of the following:
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of advanced data analytics experience.
Master's degree with 6+ years of advanced data analytics experience.
Associate's degree with 13+ years of advanced data analytics experience.
Experience cleaning, preparing, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
Experience identifying trends and translating data into meaningful business insights.
Experience developing performance measures and executive dashboards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
