About the Opportunity


We are seeking a Senior Business Applications & Data Analyst to play a key role in the implementation, optimization, and governance of critical business applications, with a strong focus on Oracle NetSuite.


This role sits at the intersection of business operations, technology, data, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, and IT teams to drive system enhancements, leverage data for better decision-making, and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities



  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Oracle NetSuite, overseeing administration, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to understand requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions

  • Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, KPIs, SuiteAnalytics, and business intelligence capabilities

  • Establish and maintain standards for data quality, user roles, permissions, governance, and security

  • Design, support, and improve integrations between NetSuite and other business applications

  • Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvement

  • Explore and champion practical applications of AI and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency

  • Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteCloud/SDF, SuiteQL, APIs, RESTlets, and related technologies when appropriate

  • Collaborate with external consultants and development partners to scope projects, evaluate solutions, and oversee successful implementation and delivery

  • Maintain ownership and governance of system enhancements and technology solutions


Qualifications



  • Significant experience implementing, administering, or optimizing Oracle NetSuite

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and cross-functional business operations

  • Experience with NetSuite reporting, workflows, SuiteAnalytics, dashboards, user roles, and permissions

  • Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, reporting, data management, or business intelligence solutions

  • Familiarity with NetSuite development tools and technologies, including SuiteScript, JavaScript, SuiteCloud, SuiteQL, and REST/SOAP APIs

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills

  • Experience with business process automation initiatives

  • Interest in or experience leveraging AI technologies within business applications is highly desirable
