Job Title: Business Data Analyst
Duration: 4 Months, Contract-to-hire
100% Remote
Our client is seeking a Business Data Analyst to support the Commercial Operations team by serving as the business-facing partner for Master Data Management (MDM). This role is responsible for investigating customer master data issues, analysing data quality problems, identifying root causes, and communicating resolutions to business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, or Data Stewardship within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment. They should understand how customer data flows through CRM and downstream systems, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working with relational databases. Experience with Informatica MDM, SQL, and customer master data is highly preferred.
