Executive Assistant

This role is with a global bank with a headquarter office in NYC. This role will work closely with Business Managers, Product heads and senior leadership.

Job Description

Provide administrative support to senior staff, including scheduling and correspondence. Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and documents. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Support operational processes and assist in resolving administrative challenges. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Coordinator should have: 2-5 years of experience in executive support or administrative roles, ideally within financial services. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
