Join us!Position Summary:This job is responsible for driving and executing on internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF). Key responsibilities include providing analytical and administrative support for LOB or ECF specific processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards. Job expectations include monitoring and testing controls and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes within the LOB or ECF by evaluating data to help identify, track, and report issues and control improvements for remediation.The role will partner with COO organizations on the strategy and execution of business controls activity as prescribed by enterprise standards. Programs include but are not limited to: Access Management, Business Electronic Communications, Data Management, Data Privacy, Inter-affiliate Services, Risk and Control Self-Assessment, Restricted Developer Software and various technology programs. The role will assist in the execution of internal controls and operational excellence within Global Risk Management. Responsibilities:Provide weekly updates and reporting to the Change Management Delegate displaying portfolio health for Global RiskAssist the Change Management team with tasks and deliverables along with understanding the complete life cycle of programs and projectsAssist the Change Management team with enterprise change requests including quarterly evidence and change transformation requestsAct as trusted advisor to the broader GRM organization and an ambassador of the risk cultureEffectively and efficiently drive execution of key control priorities across the broader GRM organizationPerform outreach and education to involved partiesEnsure adherence to enterprise-wide standardsOversee the status of critical business controls and metrics, providing plans and remediation as appropriate Support the overall management of and research required for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring and inspectionRequired Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in business controls, plus risk management and/ / or operational risk management experience Experience in business analysis, project management, data management and/ / or reporting - reflecting the ability to track performance and analyze data/ / progress metrics to benchmark against short and long-term goals Experience with process, controls and documentation Experience with portfolio managementProgram, project and change management experience and understanding of the change lifecycle Controls Management Issue Management Monitoring, Surveillance, and Testing Quality Assurance Risk Management Analytical Thinking Attention to Detail Critical Thinking Problem Solving Written Communications Decision Making Innovative Thinking Prioritization Organizing Information Research Desired Qualifications: • Ability to think strategically across GRM to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency. • Strong partnership and relationship building skills • Proven business operations and business controls experience • Excellent verbal communication skills and executive presence Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40 Learn more about this role Apply × To proceed with your application, you must be at least 18 years of age.
