Position Overview

The firm is seeking a seasoned Business & Contracts Attorney with at least seven years of experience in business law and transactional matters. This role focuses heavily on contract drafting and negotiation, business advisory services, and complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including:

  • Client contracts

  • Vendor agreements

  • Partnership and operating agreements

• Advise clients on entity formation (LLCs, corporations, partnerships)

• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations

• Handle transactional matters, including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions

  • Business purchases and sales

  • Due diligence

• Provide strategic legal guidance to business owners and companies

Ideal Candidate

• 7+ years of business law experience

• Strong contract drafting and negotiation background

• Experience handling M&A and transactional work

• Ability to independently manage client matters

• Portable book of business strongly preferred
