    Description

    Position: Business Contracts Analyst

    Location: Etters, PA

    Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. We have design, sales, and manufacturing locations globally and are currently seeking a Business Contract Analyst to join our team located in Etters, PA.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Contract Drafting: Prepare, review, and revise contracts, amendments, and related documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and favorable business terms.
    • Negotiation Support: Lead or support negotiations with vendors and clients to secure optimal terms.
    • Compliance & Risk Management: Evaluate agreements for potential risks and ensure alignment with legal, regulatory, and internal standards. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and maintain standardized contract templates that reduce cycle time.
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitor contract obligations, performance metrics, and renewals/terminations.
    • Cost & Price Analysis Conduct cost or price analysis to support negotiations, business decisions, and issue resolution
    • Record Management: Maintain accurate, organized records of all agreements for audit purposes.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, legal, engineering, product management, and other teams to ensure alignment on contract requirements and supplier performance.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail to identify risks and interpret complex legal language.
    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication for negotiating and drafting.
    • Experience: Previous experience in contract administration, product management, or legal environments.
    • Technology: Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
