Program Manager - Business Continuity Management Overview

• The Program Manager - Business Continuity Management will lead the development and execution of comprehensive business continuity strategies.
• This autonomous role requires expertise in Business Impact Analysis and Disaster Recovery planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational resilience and regulatory compliance across all business units.
• Provide critical support during emergencies, ensuring swift and effective response coordination.
• Maintain and enhance business continuity documentation, policies, and standards.
• Work closely with senior management to drive accountability for program improvements.
• Ensure readiness of the business continuity site and support operational needs during disruptions.
• Advance program maturity by identifying opportunities for resilience and automation enhancements.
• Hybrid schedule: Minimum of 3 days onsite per week at the Midtown Manhattan office.
• Travel to the Iselin, NJ office approximately once every two weeks.

Program Manager - Business Continuity Management Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead firmwide Business Continuity Program, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct annual Business Impact Analyses to assess critical processes and identify vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate disaster recovery testing, including application and file restore procedures.
• Collaborate with Emergency and Crisis Management Teams to support coordinated response planning.
• Manage reviews by auditors and compliance teams, addressing findings effectively.
• Facilitate quarterly governance meetings to report progress and escalate issues.
• Ensure operational readiness of the business continuity site in Iselin, NJ.
• Provide 24x7 support during emergencies, acting as a primary contact for senior management.

Program Manager - Business Continuity Management Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery.
• Proficiency in SQL databases, Crystal Reports, and PowerBI for reporting and analysis.
• Strong project management and leadership skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Availability for onsite presence three days a week and biweekly travel to Iselin, NJ.
• Ability to provide support during off-hours for testing and emergency responses.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as RegSCI and SIFMA Classic.
• Capability to work independently under tight deadlines with minimal guidance.
