Job Title: Business Continuity

- governance or independent challenge experience, ideally in operational risk, enterprise risk, or 2LOD BCM oversight (not primarily 1LOD plan authorship)
- Demonstrated ability to review, challenge, and formally accept or reject BIA, risk assessment, playbook, and recovery script submissions from 1LOD, including documenting rationale for non-acceptance
- Experience tracking attestation and submission status across multiple business units, with ability to flag gaps or delays before they reach final acceptance
- Policy and standards background sufficient to assess 1LOD deliverables against a defined quality bar
- Audit and regulatory exam support experience, including evidence-pulling and remediation tracking
- Strong reporting and executive communication skills, with understanding that this role feeds leadership reporting rather than standing alone
- GRC tool familiarity from a monitoring/oversight perspective (not primarily a builder/submitter role)
- Financial services and regulatory literacy, particularly around how examiners evaluate program governance
- BCM certification (CBCP, MBCI, or CBCI) preferred, but secondary to demonstrated 2LOD/oversight background
