Collaborated with Business stakeholders from Financial Crimes unit to understand business requirements for various workflows (AML, CRR, EDD, Sanctions, TA, TM, etc.) and define the business and data requirements for subsequent development in Point-of-Arrival
Proven track record collaborating with the Financial Crimes management units to understand Financial Crimes workflows and define business and data requirements. Expertise in Anti-Money Laundering, Transactions - Monitoring, Screening, Surveillance, Know your Customer (KYC), FIU Investigations and Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR). High quality talent who have Financial Crimes Management domain knowledge, management background, blend with hands-on business requirement definition skills.
Mandatory Skills
High quality talent who has Financial Crimes domain knowledge across different workflows AML, CRR, EDD, TM, etc. Hands on experience in defining Business requirements, attention to detail, stakeholder collaboration.
Desired Skills
Extended domain exposure encompassing Sanctions, Anti-Corruption, Risk Assessments. Ability to lead complex problems, navigating regulatory challenges to delivery business requirements.
