Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Business Consultant for a Contract with a client in Woodland Hills, CA (Remote). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading ServiceNow process transformation initiatives by analyzing business requirements, designing optimized workflows, and delivering scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Consultant Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead ServiceNow solution design and business process transformation initiatives, translating complex business requirements into scalable workflows and platform configurations.

• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and AI-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.

• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and process documentation while supporting Agile delivery and customer adoption.

• Act as a functional lead for customer engagements, providing ServiceNow platform expertise, best practice guidance, and workflow recommendations.

• Mentor and coach junior consultants, sharing knowledge, solutioning expertise, and lessons learned to strengthen overall team capabilities.

• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and product teams to drive successful implementations, support continuous improvement initiatives, and provide feedback that enhances ServiceNow products and solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

• 6-8+ years of experience in Business Process Consulting, ServiceNow Consulting, Professional Services, or Digital Transformation initiatives.

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, workflow design, business process optimization, requirements gathering, user story development, and Agile delivery methodologies, along with relevant ServiceNow certifications.

• Proven experience leading customer engagements, translating business requirements into ServiceNow solutions, driving process automation initiatives, and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve workflows, decision-making, and operational efficiency.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
