Business Consultant

We are seeking talented individuals to work aspart of our Services team, performing software implementations and value-addedServices to our growing client base.

The Business Consultant role utilizesproblem-solving skills to create client reports and solutions, improving their businessintelligence and operational efficiency. This role will work closely with ourclients’ Management teams to set expectations, design software configurations,and determine project timelines. In addition, the Business Consultant will workwith their project team to complete the implementation of the project plan andensure the project remains on-track.

·Work directly with the client contributing tothe scope, design, implementation, testing, go live, and production supportphases of a project. Draft and manage the project plan for on-time delivery.

·Identifyopportunities to improve operational and accounting processes

·Evaluateregulations, policies, and procedures to determine best and most efficientpractices

·Partner withclient’s management team to design, develop, and implement internal control andcage/revenue audit best practices for new software

·Provideanalysis and troubleshooting in the design, configuration, testing, andproduction support of application solutions for the client’s business needs

·Ensure propercommunication between client, project team, and CCT (Casino Cash Trac) tocreate a positive experience for our clients

·Demonstratesand provides outstanding customer and employee relations.

Requirements

·Bachelor’sDegree in relevant field of study (technical, business, math, engineering,etc.)

·Projectmanagement experience or software consulting experience is a plus

·Excellentclient-facing skills

·Strong writtenand oral communication skills, technical writing skills

·Ability to workas part of a project team structure

·Ability to workon-site at client locations throughout North America

·Travel Expectations:~ 50%

·Ability to passstringent background investigations, required
