The Opportunity
As a Business Consultant on the Sales Illustration team, you will play a critical role in the delivery and evolution of MassMutuals Disability Income (DI) illustration capabilities. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for DI products within the illustration ecosystem, partnering closely with Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Technology, and Distribution to ensure accurate, compliant, and effective illustration support for both new business and in-force experiences.
This position is ideal for a delivery-oriented SME who combines deep DI product knowledge with strong execution skills, and who thrives in cross-functional environments where clarity, precision, and follow-through matter.
In this role, as well as all roles within MassMutual, you will demonstrate accountability, agility, strong business acumen, and the courage to navigate complex challenges. We also highly value strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, proactivity, resilience, and self-awareness.
The Team
As part of Brand, Product and Affiliated Distribution, the Distribution Enablement organization is responsible for driving strategy and execution related to technology, reporting, readiness and change management to support MassMutuals product, marketing and career distribution organizations. Salary Range:
$74,300-$97,500
