Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Business Consultant for a Contract with a client in Burlington, MA (Remote). The ideal candidate will lead the design and optimization of ServiceNow workflows by translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions that drive process improvement and automation.

Rate Range: $68/Hour to $75/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Consultant Responsibilities include:

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions by translating complex business requirements into scalable workflows and system configurations.

• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

• Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies while supporting Agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to design best-practice ServiceNow workflows that align with business objectives.

• Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing guidance on solution design, industry best practices, and project execution.

• Leverage AI-powered tools and insights to optimize workflows, improve decision-making, and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 6-8+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions in a consulting or professional services environment.

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow workflow design, process automation, requirements gathering, and Agile project delivery.

• ServiceNow certification in a relevant workflow area, with demonstrated experience leading customer-facing engagements.

Pay Details: $68.00 to $75.00 per hour
