We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Real Estate Growth & Productivity Leader to help build and lead a growing market center focused on agent success, recruiting, coaching, productivity, and long-term growth.
This is not an administrative office manager position.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on helping others win, enjoys building relationships, and understands how to create momentum through coaching, accountability, and recruiting.

Salary Range: $75000.00 - $125000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Agent Development & Coaching:
Lead weekly training, coaching, and productivity sessions
Coach agents on lead generation, conversion, business planning, and growth strategies
Help agents build scalable and sustainable businesses
Recruiting & Growth:
Attract productive agents and emerging talent
Build relationships throughout the local real estate community
Conduct career consultations and onboarding meetings
Execute recruiting and retention strategies that drive market center growth
Leadership & Culture:
Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture
Lead meetings, workshops, and special events
Inspire accountability, professionalism, and results
Partner with ownership and leadership on growth initiatives and strategic planning
Business Development:
Drive profitability through agent growth and productivity
Monitor key performance indicators and growth metrics
Contribute ideas, systems, and innovations that support expansion
Active real estate experience
Strong understanding of residential real estate sales and agent business development
Proven ability to influence, motivate, and lead others
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Leadership, team-building, or coaching experience
Recruiting or business development experience
Experience leading trainings, meetings, or workshops
Track record of driving growth and performance
