Business Change Management Consultant (Healthcare)

Seeking an experienced Business Change Management Consultant with 8+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience and strong Health Insurance industry experience. The consultant will lead change initiatives for technology, business process, and organizational changes while ensuring business readiness and successful adoption.

Job Type: 6 Months Contract
 
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Business Change Management Consultant with 8+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience and strong Health Insurance industry experience. The consultant will lead change initiatives for technology, business process, and organizational changes while ensuring business readiness and successful adoption.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead OCM, stakeholder analysis, and change impact assessments.
• Assess how technology and process changes impact end users and business teams.
• Develop and execute communication, training, and change management plans.
• Identify training needs and create/update training materials, processes, and procedures.
• Identify change-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Partner with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.
• Support leadership communications and organizational change activities.
• Ensure stakeholders are prepared and ready for go-live.

 
Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM)/Change Management experience.
• Strong business readiness and change management experience.
• Health Insurance industry experience – Mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field.

 
Nice-to-Have:

• Prosci, CCMP, or similar Change Management certification.
