    We are currently seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our organization. As a Business Banking Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for executing a disciplined calling program to grow new and existing business banking relationships. You will source prospects through cold calls, centers of influence (e.g., local chamber of commerce, Certified Public Accountants etc.), community outreach, and digital research. Build referral pipelines, identify cross-sell opportunities, and position Nusenda products and services to meet member needs by uncovering needs through targeted questions, presenting tailored solution sets, coordinating as needed with Treasury Management and Business Banking Underwriting for pricing and structure.

    What Youll Do:

    • Represent the organization at community events promoting our organization as a preferred financial institution and workplace.
    • Pre-screen loan opportunities, interview applicants, gather financial packages, and assess SBA program fit for common requests (for example, 7(a) and 504).

    What Youll need:

    • Three to five years of similar or related experience
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

    Key Skills and Experience:

    • Working knowledge of SBA lending programs and processes including basic eligibility and documentation requirements; direct SBA production experience preferred.
    • Advanced knowledge of outbound business development, including structured cold calling, call planning, pipeline management, and use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
    • Experience in branch processes including business account opening, Know Your Customer/Customer Identification Program (KYC/CIP), online and treasury services setup.
