Position Schedule: Monday: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Tuesday 8:30am - 5pm, Wednesday: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 2pm

Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of hands-on dental insurance experience
- Must have worked directly with dental insurance, not just general medical billing or front desk duties.
- Strong insurance claims & A/R expertise
- Experienced with claim submission, denials, appeals, aging reports, EOBs, underpayments, and insurance follow-up.
- Advanced insurance verification & benefit knowledge
- Able to independently break down benefits, including deductibles, annual maximums, waiting periods, frequencies, exclusions, limitations, and patient responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of dental coding & practice management software
- Comfortable with CDT codes, treatment estimates, pre-authorizations/predeterminations, and dental software
As a Receptionist/Front Desk, you will:
- Welcome visitors and patients, ensuring efficient notification to staff and adeptly handle phone communications.
- Oversee appointment scheduling and calendar management to achieve practice's care objectives and financial targets.
- Address patient financial concerns, maintain accurate financial records, and hold at least a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
