Business Assistant for Cardiovascular Services (TEMPORARY) - Vascular Imaging/Cath Lab, FT/8 Hrs, Day Shift)

Salary Range: $33.17 - $48.07 + applicable differentials 

Performs and provides scheduling (EPIC), timekeeping (ADP/Workday), financial, statistical, computer related and clerical support for Cardiovascular Services.

In addition to performing the essential functions listed below, may also be assigned other duties as required.

Education
 - High school graduate or equivalent required
 - Two years of healthcare experience required

Experience  
 - Ability to read, write and comprehend medical terminology required
 - A background in Cath Lab and/or non-invasive cardiology with knowledge of procedures and equipment preferred.
 

Skills
 - Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills required.
 - Emotional stamina to work in stressful environment required.
 - Experience with Microsoft Office suite required
 - Experience working in EPIC electronic medical record system preferred
 - Good planning and organizational skills required
