    Description

    Your Opportunity

At Schwab, you're empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us challenge the status quo and transform the finance industry together.

The Transformation Solutions team is a cross-functional organization that works with business and technology partners to drive large-scale change across Schwab. The team applies a range of tools and capabilities to protect the assets of the firm and our clients while improving scalability, operational efficiency, and the service experience.

As a Business Architect supporting the Smart Processing ecosystem, you will help translate enterprise strategy and complex business needs into actionable initiatives that can be prioritized and delivered by product and technology teams. You will partner with program managers, product managers, process experts, product owners, business analysts, and multiple scrum teams to define functional requirements, initiative-level acceptance criteria, system interaction diagrams, and user-system process flows. Your work will help teams create scalable solutions that increase automation, improve process transparency, and strengthen the data foundation for future artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities.

You will provide clarity across complex, interconnected initiatives by communicating product features and requirements in ways that business and technology partners can readily understand and act upon. You will support planning, backlog health, solution development, testing, release preparation, and issue resolution while building alignment across digital, customer relationship management, business process management, middleware, and mainframe platforms. Through thoughtful analysis, strong partnership, and a practical bias toward action, you will help turn strategic vision into solutions that deliver meaningful value for Schwab and its clients.

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis without employer sponsorship.
