A full-service South Texas business law firm is seeking a transactional attorney to handle real estate and business matters for companies throughout the region.

 

Responsibilities

- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents

- Handle business formations, acquisitions, and commercial contracts

- Review title, survey, and due diligence materials and manage closings

- Advise clients directly on real estate and business issues

 

Requirements

- 2+ years of real estate and/or business transactional experience

- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas

- Strong drafting and negotiation skills

- Excellent client communication

 

Compensation and benefits

- Top-market competitive compensation, based on experience

 

Work arrangement

Full-time, in office in Corpus Christi.
