  The Role<\/span><\/span><\/b>
  <\/p>

  Reporting directly to company ownership, the Business and Finance Manager will provide financial and operational leadership<\/b> across Advanced Wheels’ multi -location business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands -on execution<\/b>, and who is energized by partnering closely with the President and management team to drive growth, efficiency, and long -term success.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  Key responsibilities include:<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Leading financial operations, including:<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/li>
    • Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Financial and profitability analysis<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Financial modeling and regular reporting<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>
    • Overseeing accounting functions and staff, including:<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/li>
      • Accounts payable and receivable<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Payroll<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Month -end close and compliance<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li><\/ul>
      • Overseeing HR; Managing and coordinating:<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
        <\/li>
        • HR systems, vendors, and processes<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • IT systems, vendors, and infrastructure<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li><\/ul>
        • Developing and implementing business processes, controls, and metrics to improve profitability and operational efficiency<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Partnering with sales and service leadership on operational planning and performance measurement<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Managing relationships with banks, insurance carriers, vendors, and professional service providers<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Serving as a trusted advisor to ownership on business strategy, growth initiatives, and operational improvements<\/span><\/span>

          About You<\/span><\/span><\/b>
          <\/p>

          You bring:<\/span><\/span>
          <\/p>

          • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance<\/b> (MBA or CPA preferred)<\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • 5+ years of progressive finance or business management experience<\/span><\/span><\/b>, ideally in small or mid -sized businesses<\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Experience supporting multi -site and/or multi -state operations<\/b><\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks<\/b><\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Automotive sales and service experience is a plus, but not required<\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization<\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
