Roles and Responsibilities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across end-to-end trade lifecycle (front office, middle office, and back office)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, traders, operations, and IT teams to define solutions and workflows
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and data mappings
• Perform data analysis using SQL for validation, reconciliation, and reporting
• Support system design discussions with developers leveraging Java-based applications/APIs
• Conduct gap analysis (As-Is vs To-Be) and recommend process improvements
• Coordinate SIT/UAT activities, prepare test cases, and validate business scenarios
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Prepare detailed documentation including BRD/FRD, workflows, and release notes
