Title: Business Analyst with Salesforce & nCino
Location: Woburn, MA
Work Schedule: 5 days onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Objectives of This Role

• Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
• Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity.
• Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
• Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across business units, including Commercial Lending, Finance, Operations, Security, and Compliance, to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively.
• Communicate effectively with production, managerial, and executive teams.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on an ongoing basis and maintain systems processes.
• Deliver monthly status reports to appropriate stakeholders.
• Author and update internal and external documentation and formally initiate and deliver requirements documentation.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
• Develop meaningful relationships with business partners to optimize systems integration.
• Respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
• Conduct current-state process analysis, identify system gaps, and develop workflow analysis.
• Set high expectations and enforce standards to meet project deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, and/or systems development.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience generating business process flows.
• Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews or Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with stakeholders and developers to define requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or nCino.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience executing test matrices.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications.
• Proven ability to manage projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• High proficiency in technical writing and documentation.
• Banking industry experience.
