    Position: Business Analyst
    Location: Whippany NJ (Hybrid) (Candidate should be in NY or NJ)
    Duration: Long Term

    Job description:
    • Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and SMEs to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
    • Conduct requirement workshops and facilitate discussions between business and technology teams.
    • Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and business process analysis.
    • Coordinate with development, QA, UAT, and business teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
    • Support UAT, defect resolution, change management, and production implementation.
    • Manage requirement traceability and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
    • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    • Required Skills: Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, User Stories, Process Mapping, Agile/Scrum, Jira/Confluence, UAT, Stakeholder Management.

      Preferred: Banking/Financial Services experience is highly preferred, particularly Trading, Capital Markets, or Tax domain experience.
