Job Title : Business Analyst – Wealth Management
Location  : New York, NY
Duration  : 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $55 - $60/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

 Introduction

A Wealth Management Business Analyst bridges business needs and technology solutions within private banking, asset management, and financial advisory domains. The role focuses on analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering solutions that improve client portfolio management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in requirement gathering and analysis, including creating business requirements (BRDs), functional requirements (FRDs), and user stories.
• Strong understanding of wealth management domains such as portfolio management, asset allocation, and investment lifecycle.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications and collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product owners.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and Client Dynamics.
• Experience with trading and order management systems (OMS).
• Knowledge of risk profiling and suitability in wealth management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders such as portfolio managers, financial advisors, and operations teams.
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis to elicit and document requirements.
• Prepare dashboards and reports to analyze financial data related to client portfolios and performance metrics.
• Define workflows, business rules, and use cases to support functional design and solutioning.
