- High quality Client or Analysts that can learn quickly (Should still meet the requirement of having 3 to 4yrs + years' experience in IT)
- Milestone is the primary app, RL6 experience/knowledge preferred
- Must have Application Lifecycle Management experience
- Must Have Client/ Customer facing skills
- Hybrid role with requirement to go onsite for support, upgrades, testing (frequency varies)
- Strong critical thinking and analysis skills
- Business acumen. Understand operational workflows supported by applications
- Good communication/collaboration/ team skills
- Experience learning new applications and adapt quickly when given new assignments
- Experience with applications for risk/feedback reporting, security camera systems, infant/patient elopement, application lifecycle management
