    • High quality Client or Analysts that can learn quickly (Should still meet the requirement of having 3 to 4yrs + years' experience in IT)
    • Milestone is the primary app, RL6 experience/knowledge preferred
    • Must have Application Lifecycle Management experience
    • Must Have Client/ Customer facing skills
    • Hybrid role with requirement to go onsite for support, upgrades, testing (frequency varies)
    • Strong critical thinking and analysis skills
    • Business acumen. Understand operational workflows supported by applications
    • Good communication/collaboration/ team skills
    • Experience learning new applications and adapt quickly when given new assignments
    • Experience with applications for risk/feedback reporting, security camera systems, infant/patient elopement, application lifecycle management
      Initial applications: RL6, Milestone, RFT Baby Safe Place, ALM
