We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 6 7 years of experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project management teams to gather requirements and deliver business solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.
Create BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.
Work closely with developers, QA teams, product owners, and project managers.
Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement.
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
Assist with UAT planning, test cases, defect tracking, and user acceptance.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
Maintain project documentation and requirement traceability.
Communicate project status, risks, and requirements to stakeholders.
6 7 years of Business Analyst experience.
Strong experience in Business Requirements Gathering.
BRD / FRD / Functional Specifications.
User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
Agile / Scrum methodology.
Jira / Confluence.
UAT and Testing Support.
Process Mapping and Gap Analysis.
Stakeholder Management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of SDLC.
SQL knowledge.
API / Web Services understanding.
Experience working with data and reporting teams.
Visio / Lucidchart.
Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working with distributed or offshore teams.
