Description
Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams. Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. BSA will elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders, through interviewing stakeholders, and analyzing current business processes and systems. BSA will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications. Qualifications
Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
Data analytics experience
Experience with Contracts and Request for Proposals a plus
Webex Calling Platform or Telecommunications Expense Management experience a plus
Experience with Service Now Integrations (Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery) a plus
Environment: Service Now, Webex Calling, Microsoft 365, Clarity, Imagicle, OKTA
