Capital Markets - Business Analyst

Must-Have

• Strong working experience on Capital Markets Domain, Trade Life Cycle, Settlements functions, Inventory Management
• In-depth knowledge of Investment Banking Services, Brokerage for Institutions / retail customers
• Good understanding of Settlement and Clearing functions.
• Excellent working experience and deep understanding in equity and fixed income products.
• Should have good knowledge of Agile Methodology and Defect Management using JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills with proven experience in handling multiple stakeholders and front facing customer management.

Good-to-Have

• Proficient in developing overall Implementation strategies, effort estimation, capacity planning.
• Experience of managing large scale migrations/transformation projects involving multiple partner coordination will be added advantage.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Requirement Gathering - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements

2 Data Analysis - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights using comprehensive data models using SQL that inform business decisions

3 Solution Identification - Propose and design technical solutions that meet business needs and objectives, analyze trade and settlement flows across product lines, optimize processes, and implement new product features and change requests

4 Documentation - Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions and design Epics, User Stories

5 Should be able to coordinate well with multiple stakeholders, Technology and Business teams

6 Should be able to Create Dashboards and Reports to provide updates to stakeholders on project progress and facilitate decision making.

7 Identify trends in Capital markets Domain and conduct training sessions / workshops to upskills team members in domain and relevant applications.

Salary Range- $80,000-$90,000 a year
