Join us to be part of a dynamic and impactful global company!Mandatory Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience on successful, enterprise level information technology projectsMinimum of 3 years of experience in integration of multiple systems or applications;Minimum of 3 years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements (functional and non-functional) on full life cycle development projects;Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting JAD sessions with multi-cross functional agencies and stakeholdersMinimum of 3 years of experience creating comprehensive Test Plans and use of automated testing tools;Extensive knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)Experience with meeting facilitation and requirements documentation;Experience with business analysis and gathering and documenting requirementsAbility to gather and evaluate customer requirements and needs.Strong communication and collaborative skills; andExcellent oral, written and communication skills;Ability to work independently or cooperatively with other software developers;Ability to deliver the assignments of the project in the agreed schedule, to the correct technical specification (i.e. defined to meet user requirements) within the specified criteriaAccountable to the client assigned Project Manager for all phases of specific projects.Preferred Knowledge Skills and Abilities:Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experienceExperience with development in Java Frameworks (.JSF) and J2EEMS-VisioJIRASilk CentralBusiness Analyst CertificationV2Soft is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
