Equivalent work experience may substitute for the educational requirement.ExperienceA minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid business/systems analysis experience and software development projects is required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required.Proficiency in core Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts such as entitlements, target aggregations, and certification campaigns are required.Certified Scrum Master (SCM), Certified Project Manager (CPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desired.Experience in public sector compliance frameworks or large-scale ERP transformations, such as the client project, is highly desired.Knowledge of Rules 60GG-1 – 60GG-5, Client Administrative Code, is highly desired.Certified Business Analysis Professional (BAP) is highly desired.Experience with directing and managing project resources is highly desired.Knowledge of change and release management is highly desired.Experience with Microsoft Power BI is highly desired.Experience with Microsoft DevOps is highly desired.Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) is highly desired.Required SkillsBusiness Analysis: Ability to perform detailed research, business analysis, as-is and to-be analysis, process modeling.
