    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Review weekly purchase order (PO) SKU lists following planning updates and communicate with relevant teams to confirm requirements and provide feedback.
    • Monitor production schedules and coordinate inbound shipment status for finished goods (FG) and bulk shipments, including follow-up communication with global teams.
    • Collaborate with packaging planning teams to ensure weekly packaging quantities align with production and sales plans.
    • Work closely with planning teams to coordinate packaging schedules and support account teams in meeting weekly and monthly sales objectives.
    • Manage and track monthly inventory depletion processes, including unavailable inventory, aging inventory, and consumption plans.
    • Review previous week’s production or supply setbacks and prepare weekly status reports, including root causes and updates.
    • Provide weekly supply status updates and support supply chain meetings through reporting, analysis, and project assistance.
    • Maintain launch planning trackers and provide support for new product initiatives.
    • Support AI-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with team members and provide backup support as needed.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
    • 0–3 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Korean and English bilingual proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
