Business Analyst

Strong GenAI fluency: hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) you can prompt, iterate, and build workflows without writing code. Ability to navigate technical landscapes: understand APIs, data flows, system architectures, and integration patterns well enough to propose viable solutions.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis, process design, or workflow optimization ideally in a Sales, Ops, or enterprise tech environment
• Demonstrated ability to map complex, cross-functional business processes and redesign them for efficiency
• Strong GenAI fluency: hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) you can prompt, iterate, and build workflows without writing code.
• You should be comfortable navigating AI tools daily, not just aware of them.
• Ability to navigate technical landscapes: understand APIs, data flows, system architectures, and integration patterns well enough to propose viable solutions
• and communicate effectively with engineering teams
• UX-centric mindset you think from the user's perspective first, then work backward to the system
• Exceptional communication skills: can run a workshop, write a BRD, and present to leadership with equal confidence
• Strong analytical mindset with a continuous improvement orientation data-driven root cause analysis, not gut feel
• Well-versed in Agile/Scrum delivery; comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
• Self-directed, high-energy, and biased toward action
• Experience driving adoption and change management across teams unfamiliar with new tools or ways of working
