We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst Specialist who combines strong data management and analytical skills with hands-on experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Power Apps is a major requirement for this position, followed closely by Power BI. If you’re comfortable working with business data, improving processes, supporting multiple systems, and developing practical solutions using these tools, this could be a great opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Perform advanced data entry and data management activities across multiple systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy and completeness.
• Use Power Apps to support business processes, workflows, and data-related needs.
• Leverage Power BI for reporting, analysis, and visualization of business data.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate records based on entered and analyzed information.
• Review and proof data, identify discrepancies, and correct errors.
• Prioritize, organize, and schedule work independently while supporting broader departmental priorities.
• Work with confidential and sensitive business information.
• Develop simple standard operating procedures and best practices for data entry and related processes.
• Provide guidance to other staff after developing a strong understanding of the work and associated processes.
• Make decisions within the scope of the position while independently planning and organizing assigned responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For:
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong Power Apps experience – this is a key requirement.
• Power BI experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Access is preferred.
• Strong mathematical, data processing, and item-processing skills.
• Ability to work accurately with high volumes of alphanumeric data.
• Ability to achieve approximately 10,000 keystrokes per hour and use a 10-key adding machine.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to independently identify and correct errors.
• High school education required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is a major plus.
