Job Description:
- Experience leading business analysis, systems analysis, product analysis, process improvement, operational analysis, or related work
- Ability to independently analyze complex business problems and recommend practical solutions
- Experience facilitating discussions across multiple stakeholder groups and balancing competing priorities
- Ability to connect business needs, customer outcomes, product goals, systems, and data to inform decision-making
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, impacts, and opportunities early in the delivery lifecycle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and influence diverse audiences
- Ability to challenge current practices, recommend improvements, and drive positive change
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities while maintaining forward progress
- Ability to understand how technology solutions, systems, integrations, and data flows support business capabilities
- Ability to gather, interpret, and apply data to support analysis, recommendations, and business outcomes
