Contract Details (Contract roles only):

  • Shift: M-F, core business hours (37.5 hours/week, 7.5 hours/day)
Job Summary:
The Business Analyst will support data management and analysis initiatives by maintaining MS Access databases, managing SharePoint-integrated data, and developing solutions for consolidating datasets. This role requires strong technical expertise in data manipulation and automation within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain multiple MS Access files integrated with SharePoint lists
  • Create queries and manage data within SharePoint environments
  • Develop and support Python scripts to consolidate MS Access databases and Excel files
  • Perform data analysis, manipulation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability
  • Support reporting and database development initiatives
Required Experience:
  • 5–7 years of data analysis and data management experience
  • Strong experience with SharePoint lists
  • Advanced MS Access experience (Forms/VBA automation)
  • Experience with Python for data processing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice-to-Have Experience:
  • Experience building databases
  • Analytical and reporting experience
  • Post-secondary education in computer science or related field
