Introduction
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Analyst Senior. This role requires a deep understanding of operational risk, third-party risk management, information security, and financial statement analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT audit background and be able to effectively evaluate third-party relationships and information security measures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in operational risk, third-party risk management, information security, and financial statement analysis
- Hands-on knowledge of SOC reviews (including SOC 1 Type 2) and related controls
- Experience working as a business analyst in the mortgage industry
- Ability to interface between business and technical teams
- Understanding of end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in requirement gathering, process/data flow design, technical spec design, business analysis, and translating business requirements to technical requirements
- Experience in defining project objectives, feasibility analysis, supporting development, systems integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Creating and documenting UAT test strategies/plans and test cases/scripts
- Knowledge of manual and automation testing
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Evaluate operational risk and third-party risk management processes
- Conduct information security assessments and financial statement analysis
- Interface between business and technical teams to ensure project objectives are met
