Business Analyst Senior

McLean, VA (5 days Onsite)

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Analyst Senior. This role is crucial in supporting our enterprise risk management efforts, particularly in third-party risk management. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of third-party risk management experience
• Hands-on experience with enterprise risk, risk assessments, stakeholder management, multitasking, organization, and critical thinking
• Advanced Excel skills (including xlookups/If, Pivot tables, Graphs), Tableau, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Adobe
• Experience with OneTrust or similar platform
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate taking initiative
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in data analysis and AI adoption

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Analyze governance requirements independently to propose solutions, identify impacts, risks, and issues
• Establish and maintain strong functional relationships with enterprise partners and stakeholders
• Analyze and aggregate enterprise data for periodic reporting, adhoc reports, and metric reporting
• Support in validating quarterly dashboard materials and monitor changes in third-party risk domains
• Advocate for improving existing processes leveraging intellectual curiosity and tenacity
