Business Analyst - Schaumburg, IL - Contract - $80-90 per HR

Description

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Analyze and document business requirements for insurance products.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Configure and support insurance policy management implementations.
  • Participate in solution design sessions and impact assessments.
  • Support testing and validation activities in Agile environments.
  • Provide production support and defect analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements for Commercial Lines insurance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed specifications and user stories.
  • Configure and enhance insurance policy management systems.
  • Participate in workshops and design sessions for solution development.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with insurance policy management systems.
  • Deep understanding of Commercial Lines insurance and rating concepts.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proficient in requirements elicitation and stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
