Expertise in Content Creation, Assembly, Composition, Modular Content, DAM, Metadata, Taxonomy, and Content Governance.
Proficiency in Requirements Gathering, Workshops, Discovery, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Flows, UAT, Documentation, and Training.
Experience with Agile, Product Backlog Management, Prioritization, Sprint Planning, and Stakeholder/Vendor Collaboration.
Experience evaluating GenAI POCs for text, image, video, podcasts, translations, and AI-powered content assembly.
Knowledge of Agentic AI, LLM Orchestration, Prompt Engineering, Multi-Agent Systems, and Headless Integrations.
