    One of our direct client is urgently looking for a Business Analyst @ San Bruno, CATITLE: Business Analyst/ Billing Operations AnalystsLOCATION: San Bruno, CA Duration: 6 to 12+ Months Rate: DOEDescription: Client's Media Group is seeking Billing Operations Analysts to join our fast-growing operations team. The Billing Operations Analyst will the conduit between WMG’s OMS and Billing systems. Their primary responsibility will be to drive month-end billing and reconciliation.Responsibilities: •
    • Ensure timely and accurate billing for all advertising deliveries per contract term.
    •  Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding contacts and invoices with an emphasis in effective communications and building strong working relationships. •
    • Manage new advertiser/ agency onboarding process and provide supporting documents to master data team.
    • Review sales related agreements to verify billing data
    • Work internally and cross-functionally to implement process and system improvements in support of overall business goals
    •  Act as liaison between WMG and outsourced Walmart accounts receivable support • Implement billing best practices and resolving customer balances for payment • Participate in and drive system enhancements that streamline revenue operations processes. • Assist with month-end reporting to support accounting and finance. trends; recommends actions to management. - Leverage knowledge and experience using Financial systems: Essbase and SAP Minimum Requirements
    Qualifications:
    • BA/BS degree in accounting, math, statistics, business or related discipline •
    • Solid understanding of accounting software and ERP system experience •
    • Advanced Excel Knowledge including Macros, Pivot Tables, and Formulas (arrays, lookups, logical, reference, and text functions) •
    • Demonstrated experience working with SQL and relational data
    • Proven ability to organize and manage a diverse range of projects, prioritizing multiple tasks with competing deadlines
    • Strong work ethic, attention to detail and demonstrates ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines.
