Role: Business Analyst – Salesforce & AI
Duration: 6 months contract (possible extension)
Location: Remote

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Salesforce and AI experience to support a team developing an AI-powered tool for merger and partnering activities. The solution will help analyse and evaluate potential partners and support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will understand traditional business analysis while also being comfortable using AI tools to accelerate requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.

• Work with stakeholders to understand merger, partnering, and business needs.

• Use AI tools to generate, refine, analyse, and validate requirements and business documentation.

• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional specifications.

• Work closely with product, engineering, data, and AI teams.

• Analyse and document Salesforce processes, data, and integrations.

• Identify opportunities to use AI to improve business processes and decision-making.

• Support development and testing by clarifying requirements and validating solutions.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain requirements documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.

• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience.

• Experience working with AI/GenAI tools for requirements analysis and documentation.

• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis skills.

• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

• Experience working with technical and business stakeholders.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred

• Experience with AI-powered applications or analytics platforms.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data flows.

• Experience in M&A, partnerships, life sciences, pharma, or business development.

• Experience working in Agile/product development environments.

Key Requirement:

This is not a traditional BA role. The candidate should be able to demonstrate how they have actively used AI/GenAI to perform BA activities, particularly requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, process mapping, and refinement.
