V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Business Analyst for our premier client in Salem, OR.
 
 
 
Education and Experience»

• Experience supporting largescale modernization programs or enterprise initiatives; familiarity with data governance/privacy/security practices.

 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
 
Business analysis & requirements support:

• Gather information via interviews, workshops, document reviews, and research; translate findings into process diagrams, user stories, business rules, and functional descriptions; help maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation:

• Draft and maintain currentstate/futurestate process maps, SOPs, requirements summaries, and system documentation using approved templates and consistent terminology.

 
Testing & validation support:

• Prepare UAT test cases, participate in execution, document results, and communicate findings for review and resolution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
 

• Training & implementation assistance: Contribute to enduser training materials and "trainthetrainer” sessions; observe workflow impacts, gather user feedback, and share insights to support adoption and continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned to support program objectives and timelines.
