We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support a large-scale healthcare engagement. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership, translating complex business and policy requirements into clear, actionable documentation and solutions. Core duties and responsibilities include:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and project objectives
Analyze business processes, data, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement
Gather and document requirements through interviews, research, and data analysis
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to drive project progress
Develop insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Organize and manage project documentation, reports, and deliverables
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary
Balance multiple priorities while ensuring quality and timely delivery of work
Required skills and qualifications:
3 – 7 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or project-based environments
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Experience gathering and compiling data through interviews, research, and analysis
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common collaboration tools
Strong communication and facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in ambiguous environments
Industry knowledge or exposure to project-based work is a plus
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred) of business analysis experience, preferably in a healthcare, public health, or consulting environment. (MediCal knowledge)
Demonstrated ability to gather and document complex requirements across diverse stakeholder groups, including clinical, operational, policy, and technical audiences
Familiarity with healthcare data standards, regulatory frameworks,is strongly advantageous
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is from $95K to $120K, depending on experience.
