We seek an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) with expertise in requirements elicitation, financial systems, and business process documentation.
The role collaborates with finance, program, and IT teams to ensure accurate, transparent, and timely financial data management.
Responsibilities include leading requirement gathering, analyzing financial data, translating needs into system specifications, supporting system design and implementation, maintaining process documentation, ensuring compliance, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in business analysis or hybrid BA/PM roles, proficiency in SQL and financial data analysis, knowledge of financial principles, and experience with financial systems.
Preferred skills include certifications, experience with education finance, cloud data platforms, Agile methodologies, and strong stakeholder management skills.
