Translate business needs into delivery-ready requirements. Required: 8+ years; elicitation, workshops, process analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, data mapping, gap analysis, UML/process flows, Jira/Confluence, SQL awareness, UAT and Agile. Responsibilities: document current/future state, manage requirements and traceability, refine backlog, clarify functionality, support testing/UAT and manage changes, decisions and dependencies. Preferred: banking, capital-markets, regulatory or financial-services experience.
