Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite

Contract: 12 Months

Pay: $45-$47/hr on W2

Job Overview

We are seeking a Business/QA Analyst with 4-5 years of experience to support business requirements gathering, application testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business analysis and QA processes, with hands-on experience using Python and experience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude to enhance testing and analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable testing requirements.
• Develop and execute manual application test cases and scenarios.
• Plan, coordinate, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Use Python to support testing, analysis, or other QA-related activities.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar AI tools to assist with testing, test scenario development, analysis, or other QA activities.
• Ensure applications meet business requirements and expected functionality.
• Communicate testing results, defects, and potential risks to project stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of Business Analysis and/or QA experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Strong experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong experience with manual application testing.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar AI tools for testing or QA activities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
