Job Title: Business Analyst – Project Lead (Cerner EHR) (10494)
Location: Cayce, SC (Remote with occasional onsite visits)
Work Mode: Remote (Quarterly onsite visits + Day 1 equipment pickup)
Duration: 12 Months (High possibility of extension)
Interview Process: 1 Round – Virtual (Camera ON)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analysis, design, and support of Cerner EHR (PowerChart, PowerForms, PowerPlans, Dynamic Docs)
  • Act as SME for Cerner applications, supporting enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Troubleshoot complex system, interface, and integration issues (FSI, ESI, ESO)
  • Perform HL7-based integrations and data exchange validation
  • Develop and maintain custom reports using Cerner CCL
  • Lead testing, validation, and release management activities
  • Collaborate with clinical and IT teams on workflow design and optimization
  • Support system configuration, implementation, and upgrades
  • Maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge artifacts
  • Monitor data quality, reporting accuracy, and system performance
  • Provide user support, onboarding training, and access/security management
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards (NIST, FISMA, etc.)
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience with IT Healthcare Systems & Application Support
  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst
  • 5+ years of experience with HL7 (Healthcare Integration Standard)
  • 5+ years of experience with FSI (Foreign Systems Integration)
  • 5+ years of experience with Cerner Olympus
  • 5+ years of experience in report development and data analysis

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Cerner CCL (Discern Reporting)
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Cerner HNA
    • Cerner Bedrock
    • Cerner Remedy
    • Cerner RLN (Reference Lab Network)
    • Cerner WQM (Work Queue Manager)
    • Cerner RRD (Remote Report Distribution)
  • Basic JavaScript knowledge
  • Strong experience with:
    • MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
    • Outlook, SharePoint

Additional Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Healthcare IT systems and EHR workflows
  • Experience working in government/public sector environments (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Experience with user training and support
