Business Analyst - Princeton, NJ - Contract - $32-42 Per HR

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in insurance domain technologies to join our team in the Princeton, NJ area. This contract position involves working closely with stakeholders to design and implement solutions, requiring strong analytical skills and experience with modern project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops and sessions with stakeholders to discover requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with teams during Agile cycles, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Support testing activities and manage defects.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of IT/Business Analysis experience.
• 3-5 years of experience with implementation of relevant technologies.
• Strong understanding of insurance policy lifecycle and processes.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
